1) Sift the flour into a large bowl, and then add the grated cassava. 2) Pour the water or coconut milk in the center. Mix with a wooden spoon to dough. 3) Cover with a dampened clean kitchen towel. Set aside for 20 minutes. 4) Knead the dough smooth on a flour board for 8 to 10 minutes. 5) Now cut the dough in 4 equal portions. 6) Next, use your palm roll them to a ball shape, and cut each ball into 10 equal pieces. 7) Now, grease the glass flour board with oil. 8) Use your palm, flatten each piece of dough shape 2-inch round pancake. 9) Next, brush the sesame oil on each side of the pancake. 10) Do this until the dough is finish. 11) Now, place two pancake together, and grease and roll into a thin pancake about 6 inches in diameter and 1/8 inch thick. 12) Put to heat a fry pot or use a griddle. Gauge stove on flame Md(Hi). 13) Next, pot-fry the doubled pancake for 1 minute on one side and 30 seconds on the other side, or until it is lightly golden brown.
